Some Knitting Advice Needed Please

This is the beginnings of a tubular scarf which in the past I have finished by working a row of double crochet which gets hidden by a thick woolly fringe anyway. This is a requested item and the person doesn't want a fringe, so I have cast on with a provisional cast on and was wondering which finishing technique would work best. Three needle cast off or grafting with kitchener stitch on the ends, can anybody share their knitting wisdom with me?

Last Year's Bendy Shade Card

I know I could find all the paraphernalia for the set top box last week, but I can't find my old shade card. I have my new one and I wanted to compare!!! I would ask those of a more organised nature if, maybe, they could bring theirs along tomorrow??

Here is a picture of my Bag Swap Bag!! It made it to its new owner and I am very relieved!!!

It is the Green String Bag from YARN 8, designed by Lisa from Plain Jane Creations

I lined it and made a little zippy bag too. I want one of these myself!!!
